I am very lucky and grateful for the people in my life that care so much about me. They are truly amazing and I love them very much.

I rode a bicycle to work yesterday. Approximately 9.24 miles over a 1 hour period. I had my back pack with me. This is my sweat mark. Haha definitely a good ride though. I think I may have found a new hobby to enjoy. We’ll see.
I need to start “playing it cool” again.
